About Us

Established in 2000, Fortuna Enterprises has been the leader in providing complete, comprehensive solutions for both new and established coffee shops and restaurants for over 18 years. Located in beautiful Greensboro, North Carolina, Fortuna has developed a reputation throughout the country for top-of-the-line products and services, expert customer care, effective training and development, and reliable consultation.  We began roasting coffee in 2009, and have been honing our skills since.

We focus on reserving and purchasing green beans within weeks of the harvest, a practice that guarantees our ability to offer you the best quality coffee available. We source through a combination of direct trade agreements and conscientious brokers with whom we have established relationships. Our sourcing practices allow us to access unique offerings like microlots and naturally-processed coffees in addition to our wide selection of African, Latin American, and Indonesian coffees.

When you order a bag of Fortuna coffee, we don't grab a bag off of our shelves and send it off.  Each bag is specially roasted for you upon ordering, meaning your coffee gets to you as fresh as can be.

Need the coffee ground?

Coffee stays freshest in whole bean form. However, if you need your coffee ground please let us know by selecting the "ground" option when choosing coffee. Be sure specify in the provided text box at checkout the brew method to ensure the correct grind match for the particular brewing equipment being used.

Shipping Disclaimer

You might have noticed that our shipping costs are higher than what you may be used to.  Coffee is a heavy product, and shipping is calculated on a weight-based scale.  Despite this, we are determined to save you money! We do not mark up shipping rates, and we keep the prices of our products low.  As a small company, we appreciate your understanding and support!

Low Price Promise

All Fortuna coffees and supplemental products are priced to allow all customers to enjoy high-quality roasts without paying the inflated costs often associated with specialty coffee.
